My goal was to post each new chapter of Chamber as a way of taking a break from writing, a kind of reward for hard work. However, I am actually at work (the one that pays the bills), and can’t do any fun writing until later.  Please enjoy… Chapter One.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT (which is why I typed it in caps)

Starting today, and going up every Friday around about noon, I will be sharing chapters of my 2008 Nanowrimo Novel, Chamber.

I’ve got several reasons for doing this. I’m very proud that I finished it, and I’m proud of the work that I’ve put into it. However, it needs a lot of work to be as good as I want it to be, and even more work to be commercially worthwhile. Working on it would be fun, but it would also  be pulling me away from projects I want to be doing more. I could sit on it, hoping for the day that I could polish it enough to sell, or I can use it to help people learn my name.

My name is Joe Russo, by the way.
